Eric Stich:

Co-Founder, Creative Director

Eric’s vision, design talent, and deep commitment to driving results establish the tone for Setter’s creative team. He leads creative development for all Setter projects, working hand in hand with the strategy side of the agency to ensure a fluid link between strategy and execution.

Eric brings extensive creative expertise from both the education and corporate perspectives. As Design Director at Babson College, he was responsible for leading the college’s design department and overseeing its visual brand. Significant increases in admission inquiries, applications, and enrollments, as well as a 32% increase in annual alumni contributions, are some of the results that Eric’s creative leadership helped drive. Prior to Babson, he worked at Brodeur Worldwide, designing multi-media marketing communications for some of the world’s largest brands.

Eric is an award-winning designer, having earned honors from Case Design Awards, Graphic Design USA, Marketing Communications Awards (MCA), and Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS). He holds a B.A. in graphic design with a minor in communications from American University.

Eric serves on the Board of Directors of the Natick Community Organic Farm, a nonprofit, certified-organic farm providing hands-on education to children. He has also volunteered in Guatemala and Honduras as a program director for the Phoenix Projects, a nonprofit promoting basic human rights (education, daily food, and employment opportunities) for those living in extreme poverty in Central/South America.
